About Us

We're an independent publishing house based in Glasgow, Scotland. We make graphic novels and art books from established creators- like Charlie Adlards’s Drawings+Sketches, alongside cutting edge new talent, like Dave Cook, Craig Paton & Clark Bint’s KILLTOPIA and David Lumsden’s award-winninG SERISE BOAT.

We also produce comic book events across the country including workshops, talks, exhibitions as well as the critically acclaimed and popular comic book festival – Glasgow Comic Con (est 2011) and ECAF - Edinburgh Comic Art Festival (est 2016).

2022 - Reignited floppy comics as well as new graphic novels in digital and print form.
2021 - Developed the Bold Universe
2020 - On hold, mostly due to Covid-19
2019 - Signed with SCB Distributors supplying the High Street for USA and Canada from April 19 / Started developing content for Film/TV production
2018 - Signed with Turnaround Publishing Services - April 18 appear in the High Street across the UK
2017 - Signed with Diamond Comic Distributors UK - Supply to Comics specialist stores
2016 - Rebranded to BHP Comics, Published our first book and stopped making floppy comics
